The night before.
"Mr. Crawford... do you find pleasure in beating women?" I asked the tied up man who was still looking at me with disbelief.
"You have no idea who I am do you?" Dain angrily shouted and I stop walking, eyeing this so-called man.
I find it funny, so I start laughing, I laughing until I am close enough, to plant my foot into his face and make him fall backward on his chair.
I fix my face back into a deadly scowl as my men picked him up groaning, and wincing.
"No. You have no idea who I am, and what exactly I can do." I lean, both hands on either side of the arm of his chair, watching the blood as it trickles down his face. "Men like you disgust me. Women beaters, you're weak, hitting someone who can't fight back."
'I don't know what you're talking about, just let me go!" He yells, finally letting the fear grip in.
"Y' know, you're going to know what it feels like. To be helpless, scared, and vulnerable. I'm not going to give you a chance to fight back, just like you didn't give Ocean a chance to fight back."
His eyes grow wider before he growls. "The elephant found a protector did she now." I clench my fists. "Let her know th-" I grab hold of his throat, applying a great amount of pressure quickly and the veins in his head begin to pop.
"I won't let her know anything, you're not going to get a chance to see her again, because I am going to kill you, and when I do, it's going to be slow, and painful."
I release his neck and he chokes, coughing heavily. I make a sign for my men and the leave before returning a minute later with a table filled with torturing devices.
"Pick your device."
Oceans POV
"Why do you even have all these flavors?" I gape in surprise as he leads me into his mall's ice cream parlor.
"So the kids don't get bored." He says from behind me and I nearly jumped with glee.
"Mr. Vatore, what can I get for you today?"
"I'll take the wine and raisin please, and anything the lady wants."
"I'll have the cookie dough and... fireball?"
"Ugh." Trevor murmurs from behind me and I roll my eyes.
"You're the one who created it, lemme' taste it."
"Whatever you say princessa, you're on your own with that one." He jokes, poking my sides and I happily take the ice cream from him.
"Woo, this is terrible." I cough as I hit the fireball at the bottom.
"Yea... it's for dad's who rake their kids out for ice cream, we have ice cream shots." He informs as I sit next to him on the Parlour's seat.
"You've thought of everything, a skyscraper business that produces weapons, a mall, a salon ran by your mother in another country, wine factory, and much more but you're only showing me the tattoo shop next. I barely know you but I'm proud."
He gives me a huge green and I eye his ice cream.
"Can I taste the wine?" I ask, dumping my alcohol in a nearby cup.
We walked into the shop, and I immediately smelt the A/c which I loved.
It was pretty complete, just missing some furniture and decorations to give it a nicer feel.
The inside was painted black and white, the floors tiled with the illusion of smoke.
"I have some guys that I worked with that would've loved to have a job hair." I think out loud and his face lights up.
"That's exactly what I want! Can you help me?"
"Me?" I blink and he nods, a grin on his face. "O-oh okay. ., what... "
"I need you to get a group of people who are good with ink, Y'know a second chance for them. Those that can draw too."
"I guess I can do that, but I've only worked at the agency for a month so I don't know that much."
'That's okay, I also would like it if you would come shopping with me..." He scratched the back of his neck.
"I would love to." I giggle but stop myself.
Relax, Ocean.
Since I've been with Dain, things like these would be rare, I couldn't have friends, and I was even lucky to be allowed a job. Tonight I had to go back over to his house to get my textbook, let's hope I don't get any trouble.
