Sam jumped when her phone let out its jingle of a ringtone.

"Sam?" Blake walked up to her.

The tears were already swimming in her eyes. "It's him." She said shakily.

Blake grabbed the phone and answered. "Listen here you dirt bag, you need to leave my girlfriend alone, she's not interested and you come near her again I'll throttle you." He hung up and pulled Sam into him.

"That was probably a bad idea but thank you." Sam held his shirt in her hands tightly.

"I don't care Babe, I'm fed up with him, he's hurting you and I'm done with it." He stroked her head gently, whatever the outcome was from him telling the stalker off he'd be ready.

"But girlfriend?" She whispered.

"Well you told him you were here with your boyfriend so it sounded good, Baby I want you to be mine, for a long time."

"Blake I have to leave eventually, that's inedible, I have to go back to Denver." She squeezed his shirt tighter.

"I'm prepared for that, I'll follow you."

Sam pushed back from Blake quickly. "You would? But eventually you'll become unhappy, what job would you do?"

"We'll figure it out, one thing at a time and as long as I'm with you I'll always be happy."

"I can't Blake." She trembled as she back away from him.

"Can't what?"

"We don't even know what this is, we've had sex once, amazing sex but that's all it was."

Blake took in a sharp breath, his face hardened to stone. "Okay." He turned to finishing the stalls, he was an idiot. Never again, she wanted to be alone, fine with him.

Blake grabbed tack and got Diesel, he was the fastest. He mounted and took off. When was he going to learn to keep a better eye on Sam? He never thought she'd take off again.

Tears burned Sam's eyes as she was dragged further into the dense trees. No one would find her, no one would hear her even if she could make a sound. She was shoved hard on the ground and the body followed her, her mouth was covered with his as she felt the ropes tied around her wrists. She tried to move them but they wouldn't come back down towards her body.

The nausea waved over her quickly. She tried to lean over to get sick but it never came nor could she move.

"You're going to stay very quiet bitch, you don't then I guess I'll just have to kill you." The broken voice threatened behind the mask he had on. He moved to tie her feet as well, once they got through this first hump he wouldn't have to use such force with her. She'd be so willing after this.

Sam's wits came to her quickly. She began to kick her feet, making it impossible for him to grab them. She got a foot far enough up to her stomach and behind him she shoved it into his ass and pushed him forward off of her, she had to fight she couldn't let him win.

She kept kicking then not caring she screamed at the top of her lungs. She yelled for Aaron, lake, anyone, just someone. The rope around her wrists began to cut into her. She screamed and screamed until the forceful blow hit her in the mouth.

Blake pulled to a stop when he heard the screams, then his name. God Sammy where are you, scream again, please. He heard it again, he got off the horse, grabbing the gun he had grabbed earlier before taking off. He rushed towards the screams. It stopped again. Where was she? Pain and panic squeezed his chest, he had to find her, had to protect her, tell her he loved her for God's sake. He just had to. He found foot prints near a tree then drag marks. Oh no, pain and fear surrounded him, why did he get mad at her? She wouldn't have left if he hadn't gotten mad. He followed the drag marks.
