"It's okay Sam let you leave her?"

"Just for a minute, I just wanted to make sure everything was good out here, I sent her upstairs to get some rest, if it's okay I'm going to go hold her now after I get some more clothes, if that's oaky."

"Yeah that's fine thank you Blake for loving her."

Blake let a smile touch his lips. "Too bad it wasn't enough to keep us from fighting."

"Everyone has fights Blake, yes this could have had a deadly outcome but it didn't because you loved her enough to go after her." Aaron gripped his shoulder tightly. "And I've accepted it, accepted you to love her, care for her, be hers for as long as she wants you."

"Thanks Aaron, that means a lot." Blake headed back to the house and slowly went upstairs. He walked up to the loft grabbed a handful of clothes and headed back up to the house. He slowly went upstairs, laid his clothes on the dresser, he slowly walked over to his girl and sat on the bed. "Baby, I'm going to lay down beside you." He slid under the sheets and cuddled her.

"Blake, I love you." She whispered and turned into his warm embrace.

Blake pulled in a deep breath. "I love you too Sweetie." He kissed her forehead as they fell asleep in each other's arms.

Aaron headed upstairs to Sam's room when he was finally finished outside. He took a deep breath before he knocked on the wooden maple door frame.

Blake jerked awake and looked towards the door. ""Hey Aaron," he looked at Sam kissed her cheek then slowly rolled out of bed. "What's up?"

"I just wanted to check on her, Jaimie told me you guys went down there, told me he was an ex-coworker." He whispered as he stared at his fragile, beautiful baby sister.

"Yeah, it's crazy I wish I could do more for he, she's been sleeping pretty good so far, I know I have to make sure she knows what I'm going to do before I do it, I told her I was going to get into bed earlier just because I didn't want to scare her." Blake leaned against the beige wall.

"What do you think she would want for supper?" Aaron leaned against the door frame.

"Can we go get pizza?" Sam asked as she sat up slowly.

"Sure Baby, whatever you want." Blake smiled at her.

She got out of bed and went to Blake she hugged them then Aaron.

"I'm sorry for all of this."

"You're fine Sam, I just wish we'd caught him sooner." Aaron squeezed her shoulder. "Come on let's go eat."

They headed into town after Aaron made a call to Jaimie for her to meet them at the pizza diner.

Once they got there, ordered their drinks, Sam began to relax a little. She slowly looked around the diner, so many old signs for pop bottles, beers, the lights were stain glassed fixtures made the room darkened a little. She slowly got up.

"You okay sis?" Aaron asked reaching out to her.

"Yeah I'm fine, I just want to eat and go home." No sooner she said it their pizzas were placed on their table.

They began to eat, Blake's hand didn't move from around her shoulders for a minute.

When Sam was done she leaned into Blake placing her head on his shoulder. She felt like it was just too heavy to keep held up anymore. "I want to go home." She mumbled.

Aaron glanced at the two. "You guys go home, I may just stay with Jaimie tonight." He gave his girl a devilish smile and she let out a giggle. Aaron pulled out his keys tossing them to Blake.

Blake caught them with ease, pulled his wallet out, and threw some money down on the red table. "Don't do anything I wouldn't do Boss, she is a cop, if you need to Jaimie I'd use those cuffs." Blake teased gathering Sam up into his arms and headed to the car to go home. He kissed her lips so softly. "I'm so proud of you Baby, so proud." He straightened to go get on the driver's side.

They made it to the house and Sam got out first. Blake hovered near her right away. He wrapped his arm around her loosely.

"Baby, I'm not going to break." She whispered wrapping her arm around his waist tightly.

"It has nothing to do with that Honey, I know you won't break," he pulled her against him a little tighter. "I don't want you to feel like I'm not giving you a choice, you have the say Baby not me."
