"Chance!" My brother shouted causing everyone's attention to be placed on me. I curled into a ball inside of my mind as their stares became worried. I DON'T NEED YOU'RE SYMPATHY DAMMIT! Trent pulled me into a hug as I hugged him back sheepishly. Even though he was only 1 he was already taller than me and muscular. His broad shoulders standing above my neck. "Where have you been?"

"At...home." I noticed my father glace over at me, I broke the hug looking down at the floor.

"Oh, well the meeting is about to start, want to sit with us?" Us, meaning as my father, him, the Alpha's and Elders. I shook my head 'no' quietly moving back, "Okay then... I'll see you later! Got to help father with something before they start." I nodded knowing that was just an excuse to not hold an conversation with me. Apparently the elder's thought I wanted to drag my little brother down from his position out of jealousy, but they were wrong. I love my little brother, It's my father I hate. I hated him with a burning passion, what father denies his son because of his status? Him of course. I turned towards the opening end of the tent exiting out. I couldn't stand more than ten minutes to be in the same room with my father.

The meeting horn was blown claiming everyone's attention. Everyone headed to the meeting tables, they were pretty big. Each seated more than 50 people but most of the members just took a stand or sat on the ground. Unlike everyone else I had on Milo's jacket(one that he actually gave me for my birthday but I refused to keep it), some black jeans and no shoes. Yes, I was freezing to death. Everyone here were use to the cold since were are warmblooded mammals but there was just something weird about my body. I could only last a short time outside before my warmth would be stripped from me. I sat in the far back so no one would really notice me and start whispering crap during the meeting. Malakai, one of the retired Chiefs took a stand at the front. His long brown robe that looked orange against the camp fire ran down his frame and met the ground. His grey hair past his back looked even more creepy than his face. He always wore that smug face like, 'what the hell do you thing you're doing'? God, this man used to scare the hell out of me when I was little, but even so, he's a nice man...well he was until he figured out I couldn't shift properly. "Tomorrow, :45 p.m an hunting activity will be held. Therefore-" Blah blah blah. I tuned him out. I hated hunting actives, they were pointless(only in my case). Even though I couldn't shift right, there were times I could, and times I couldn't. When I did, It only lasted for a short moment leaving everyone in disappointment. "The hunting will only be taken as a full pack. No member behind."

Shit. I could feel the glares of my pack members looking at me. This was a pain.

'Yup, indeed, a very deep torturing pain. You can't even bring me out, now what are we going to do?'

I sighed at my inner wolf, 'I don't know, how about run.' My wolf laughed at the stupid answer, I thought about and started laughing to.

"Ahum." Malakai cleared his throat as I realized I had laughed out loud.

Austin stop turning towards me looking at me distastefully. Well, I'm pretty sure if he tried to eat me I would taste like raw meat... "A little walk and you're already at your limit?"

He snickered causing me to frown, "Well if you weren't walk so damn fast I wouldn't have to run to catch up with you!"

"And who's fault do you think it is that you can't use your wolf?" I bit back my tongue, stupid idiot. I hated his cocky guts. If I could use my wolf I would rip them right out of him. He smiled seeing my brow form a crease; sensing I was getting angry. "Now come on." I growled balling my fist, just why do I have to listen to him? I continued to follow him as he slowed his pace a little bit. He stopped where there was a clear circle in the forest where no trees stood in it. He dragged me into the center leaving no time for me to rest.
