He nudged me causing me to move over a bit in the snow, "It'll be easy Chance, you have it. Just focus."
"Yeah well, have fun focusing chopping down trees and what not..." I tried to mumble under my breath, by the way, it drastically failed. Austin sighed stopping as he looked at the sun that was nearly at the top of the sky by now. Thought it was pretty as it made the snow orange, and the melting of ice from the trees dripping off, I grew angry of it. Stupid beautiful nature! The melting eyes glistened as the ray of sunlight gleamed through it causing little light crystals to dance around the ground and trees. A smile crept upon his face causing my temperature to rise. Of course, dammit I was jealous of nature, who cares... I do.
Groaning I turned to face the hunting pack that had gathered for this idiotic trip so early in the morning. There were mostly guys there and a little amount of girls. Some turned to look at us (well me) as they quickly recognized who I was. Finally snapping out of his trance, Austin pulled me over to the pack greeting them. Uncomfortably, I had to deal with their glances. I don't see why they haven't gotten used to it by now.
"Okay, lets go." Some black haired guy asked as everyone nodded and starting heading into the forest.
"Bye Chance," Austin quickly pecked my lips leaving a small warmth to tingle not only on my lips by through my whole body. "Remember, focus, I believe in you." I nodded as he awkwardly pulled me closer to him parting my lips with his tongue to deepen the kiss. I let his tongue mark its territory in my month before he moved back letting go of my hand. "I love you."
"I know, I love you too..."
"Bye," he chuckled kissing my forehead before leaving with the rest who just gave us weird stares. I exhaled deeply feeling my heart beat rapidly, my cheeks felt like they were going to explode and my entire body was tingling. Even my tongue was tingling, but with desire. Placing the hand Austin warmed up on my face, I sighed heading back to my tent. Four days huh? Till another kiss? Oh I knew this was going to be hard. Once back into the tent, I glanced at the pill of bloody cloths, knowing I'll have to clean this.
"Thanks," I continued walking which felt like forever in this white flakey forest. My feet were starting to grow numb and throbbed with pain as I shuffled over frozen twigs and rocks.
'Idiot,' my wolf growled at me as I agreed. I was an idiot and this plan was the worst I've ever came up with. It was like a bat going outside during the day. Or even a man trying to pet a wild tiger. It was suicidal.
I tried my best to ignore the cold and the pain it brought me but that was hard. Goosebumps erupted from my rough skin causing me to wrap my arms around myself to get a little warmth. God, I missed Austin already. If he saw me freezing like this, he would instantly snuggle and cuddle with me and maybe kiss me a bit.
