~ The Next Morning ~

Jayda had excused herself last night from their room. She was beyond furious and didn't want to jump into any conclusion and neither did she want to see him.

She kept pacing around the guest's room she had slept in, with a mug of coffee on her hand. Fred didn't stop disturbing her the previous night but she didn't open the door despite his trials then he happened to go to bed, concluding that he was going to talk to her in the morning.

"Jayda," Fred knocked on the door for the umpteenth time. She wondered why he wasn't leaving her alone.

She didn't want to see me. She wasn't exactly sure why she was angry but she felt the need to be.

"Please open this door and tell me what's wrong with you." Fred groaned.

After a few minutes of debating with herself whether or not to open the door, she decided to open it. She glared at him and jammed her free hand to her waist. "What do you want?" She frowned, placing her mug of coffee on a free stool that had a vase of flower on it.

"Are you kidding me? What do you mean by what do I want?" He frowned as well, "what's up with you this time?"

She rolled her eyes then was about to walk away from him but he held her wrist and pulled her to his chest, snaking an arm around her waist and tucked a few strands of her hair behind her ear.

"Please don't fight with me, it'll make me sad." He leaned closer to her and kissed her forehead then wrapped his other arm around her waist. "What's up with you? I was so confused when I didn't see you in the room last night. Did I offend you in any way? Don't you dare think I'll let you be because you're going to be with me forever."

Jayda rolled her eyes. His touch was doing a great job in calming her down pretty much.

"Tell me, don't you trust me?" He rested his forehead on hers and gave her a small smile. Her facial expression was too blank for him to read anything in her eyes. She only blinked later than usual.

"I happened to read your message last night." She exhaled.

"What?!" He exclaimed, jerking away from her. "Don't tell me you read my message from some shameless woman saying she loves me and wants to get intimate with me." He frowned.

"What?" She raised a confused eyebrow at him.

"C'mon Jayda, don't you even trust me at all?" He groaned.

"So you mean some women tell you that?!" Her frown intensified. "Why don't you tell me so I can break their bones?"

Fred chuckled at her furious reaction then burst into laughter. "You're so cute."

"It's not funny." She pouted, "Why would they send such a dirty message to you?"

Fred smirked then scooped her in his arms in a bridal style. She didn't argue with him and remained silent till he went to their room, placing her on the bed and hovered on top of her.

"If it wasn't that you read, then what?" He asked, kissing her face and neck.

His kisses weren't making her talk properly because she was loving every bit of it. She didn't want to ruin the mood by mentioning Mina's name but shut her eyes to further enjoy his lips against her skin.

After a few minutes, she finally spoke, "it was from Mina."

Her words made Fred freeze and his eyes widened.

"She said she needs to meet you. Why?"

He slowly moved away from her then sat on the bed, heaving a sigh.

"Why does she want to meet you?" She pressed further.

"Uh... I don't know," he nervously scratched the back of his neck. "I- I don't..." he sighed.

"You're not going to see her, are you?" She asked hopefully, holding his cheeks.

"I don't know. She's been bugging me seriously and I don't understand why." He shrugged. "What if it's important? It's not like I'd do anything with her."

"Fred," she moaned his name. "I don't like it. It doesn't make any sense to meet your ex-wife whom we're both aware of the fact that she's crazy."

Jayda's phone rang from her pocket then she slipped the phone out. "Jeremy's calling?" She wondered then answered the call and placed the phone to her ear.

"Calm down, man." She chuckled. "Come to the 7th floor. Don't do anything stupid."

Fred ran to the 7th floor as instructed then yelled, "Mina!"

"I'm here, you don't have to scream too much." She came out from nowhere explicable with a smirk dancing on her lips. As she approached him, the sound of her black leather boots resonated through the room. She was wearing a black leather jacket and black jeans trouser with her black hair falling to her back.

"How're you?" She flashed him a smile.

"Where the fuck is my wife?" He roared.

"Chill man, she's right in front of you." She laughed evilly.

"I'm being serious. Where is she?!"

"I don't know." She chuckled.

Fred drew his eyebrows in confusion then his eyes widened when realization hit him. "Oh my, you tricked me!" His frown grew more serious.

"Yup. You weren't going to come if I didn't." She shrugged.

"Are you mad?!" He was burning in fury. He only realized how stupid he was for not even trying to call Jeremy or Freya.

"I'm not, boy." She smirked then her expression suddenly turned serious. "I have important information to share with you. I'll be quick,"

"I'm not interested in the shit you have to say." Kinda true- but he was curious to know what the hell she wanted to talk about so badly.

Mina took her phone to her face then punched its screen for a while and Fred's phone chimed. "Quick to my point, we have a son." She said out so easily.

Fred's face went pale and his eyes widened in shock. "W-what?!"
