"Why the fuck are you here?!" A frown didn't waste a second to be plastered on Fred's face.
Jayda, being curious to know what was going on lifted herself to her feet then walked to the door. Her eyes travelled from Charles to Fred who looked so aggravated, then it happened to land on Ally. The glare Ally shot her could pierce through the heart of a dead person and make it jerk away because the glare was too concentrated with hatred, definitely not dilute.
Soon enough, Sadie ran downstairs due to the loud noise she had thought she heard.
"What's going on? Who's the young man?" She smiled, trying to sound polite because she thought he was Fred's friend.
"Hey," Charles lifted a hand for a few seconds then returned his hand to his side.
"How're you, dear? Come on in." She ushered them in then they walked to the sofa, taking their seats proudly. "What would you like to eat?"
Jayda and Fred got to them and Fred rolled his eyes at Sadie.
"Mom, he doesn't need that. He's not worth it." He hissed.
"What? Isn't he your friend?" She stared up at him with her big eyeballs.
"Nope." He snapped then turned to Charles. "What do you want?"
"Jayda," he smirked.
"Ew!" Jayda said subconsciously. "How much more do you want to ruin my marriage? Can't you just get out of our lives?"
"Not yet. By the way, I'm here to leave Ally with you. I'm no longer interested in taking care of her. I don't need a child. I always gave her to any of my current girlfriends that were aware of her but she's serving as a barrier and limiting my fun. So, if you'd just take your piece of child and let me have my life!" He said nonchalantly.
"Charles," she said in a whisper. "You're so cruel. After you've fed her with some shitty things about me, you're leaving her with me?" She shook her head, disgusted by how nasty he was.
"Whatever. She's all yours now. Bye!" He stood up then strode out of the house, leaving both of them shocked.
"You have got to be kidding me." Fred spoke in bewilderment.
Sadui walked to Jayda then stood in front of her. "Who's Ally to you?" She could tell who Ally was but she didn't want to jump into any conclusions.
"Uh... she's my daughter." Jayda scratched the back of her neck playfully, looking everywhere except any one's eyes.
"For who? My son?" She inquired.
"N-no." She shook her head, "that man."
Like a log of moulded rocks wrapped like a burrito, Sadie's hands roughly hit Jayda's face. The effect of it made Jayda feel dizzy and she almost fell to the floor.
Fred was quick enough to hold Jayda from falling then he glared at his mother. "Excuse me, ma. What the hell was that for?!" He couldn't imagine that he could be this angry. Furiousness was an understatement to what he was feeling. How could she slap his wife?, was what was ringing in his head. Fred's brain was boiling and smoke was almost oozing out of his nostrils and ears.
"I'm fine, it's just a slap." Jayda faked a smile. She knew Fred could say and do what he wasn't supposed to say or do due to his anger. He hated whenever Jayda was hurt and there was no way he could take anyone hitting his wife any lightly. She didn't want him to do or say something that was going to hurt Sadie.
"My boy," Sadie held out her arms, attempting to hold his cheeks but he stepped back.
"I love my wife more than anything or anyone else in this world so I wouldn't stand it when anybody– I repeat, anybody, lays even a finger on her." He warned.
"Jayda had the child for Charles many years back, when I was still married to Mina, the wife I told you about." He explained.
"I'm sorry." She apologized.
"Are you okay?" Fred asked Jayda with concern and held her face. It made Jayda wonder if it was just more than a slap.
When Fred wasn't looking, Sadie stabbed a glare at Jayda. Jayda internally prayed that Sadie wasn't going to bring a new chapter of problems to their lives. Why the heck was she even living with them? Why not Cora?

Fred was in the study room, trying to read a book. He had read all of Jayda's books (since she had written more of them) and it had made him love reading Romance novels so he was reading one now. One of Jayda's books had talked a bit about their own life and a problem they had encountered. He laughed at how she described him in the male lead.
The study room had two L-shaped soft and comfy sofas in it so Fred was lying on one of them with a cushion below his head and a book on both his hands.
"Ally!" Jayda exclaimed, frowning severely at her rude daughter. "Is something wrong with that little brain of yours?"
"Jayda, let her be." Fred smiled. "Ally, don't get anyone any more angry." He glared at her and she rolled her eyes.
"I don't care!" She said, stressing every word then stuck her tongue out.
Jayda was about to grasp her and spank her since talking to her and scolding her hadn't done any good in changing her since forever, but Fred held her wrist, knowing what she was going to do.
"Don't do that. She's just a child." Fred yanked her towards him then made her fall to sit beside him.
Sadie soon walked out of the kitchen, rubbing her hands on her cloth to get rid of its wetness. "You don't even have a child for my son. You only have some child for another man. A very rude and naughty one, I must say." She hissed.
"Mom!" Fred cautioned.

Fred and Jayda were both sleeping on the bed, cuddling each other like newly-wedded couples that couldn't get enough of each other yet.
"I don't think your mother likes me." Jayda blurted out, dancing her fingers across his chest; a habit she had grown used to whenever she was around him.
"Of course, she does." He chuckled in disbelief. He had never thought of Sadie having such emotion towards Jayda.
"It's very evident that she doesn't." She huffed. Seemed like Mummy's boy was trying to defend his Mama. She rolled her eyes.
"She's still recovering, so please ignore her hateful comments. The point is that I love you. I also don't think your daughter loves me." He said 'your daughter' unconsciously but it hurt Jayda a little that he didn't pluralize it.
"Ally is still young and isn't familiar with us. Yet. Charles didn't train her well and it's all my fault so we'll have to raise her well together." She sighed.
"Let's leave others and focus on ourselves." He smirked. "It seems like Mom is badly in need of a baby so why don't we give her one?"
