"Oh, okay. I guess it's my fault." She chuckled bitterly and coughed as she cried. "I'm so stupid." It wasn't exactly her fault. She didn't have any money at the time so she didn't bother to treat herself. She just didn't feel the need to.

Sad enough, Jayda was suffering from a very serious illness. She had done all she could to get healed but to no avail. She was at the final stage where there was no hope. She was going to die in at most Eight months.

"Future regrets." She blurted her thoughts out, sobbing continuously.

"What?"

"I knew this was going to happen. I married Fred just because of the money, at first. I knew I wasn't going to be healed but there was still hope for my Mom to be healed," she started explaining even though it wasn't Claire's business. She just needed to let it all out and Claire was being a good listener.

"I told Fred that we shouldn't do anything, to avoid 'future regrets'. I was going to divorce him a few months after our wedding but I just happened to fall in love with him. And I love him so much that- that I'm too scared to leave him. Why was I so selfish?" She cried.

"I knew I was going to die, why did I make Fred fall for me?" She sobbed then Doctor Claire had to rise from her seat and turned around the mahogany table, sitting on it, right in front of Jayda and rested Jayda's head on her lap, patting her back and head.

"You still don't want to tell him?"

"No. Please don't tell him. I have made my friends promise not to tell him so no one will. I can't let Fred see me die. I'm going to do it the hard way then, if I want Fred to be happy." She sniffed.

"Ally, stop!" Fred exclaimed.

"You're not my real dad so I'll do what I want." She was being so disobedient again. It was pissing Fred off to the peak.

Ally and Fred were coming from her school. Ally decided that she wanted to walk home with him so she could buy things she wanted, on the way. Fred gladly accepted it.

Fred was now frustrated because he had been walking with Ally but no matter how much he held her hand, she kept yanking her hand from his grip or screaming to call the attention of others, making it seem like he was forcing or abducting her.

Ally kept touching things she wasn't supposed to touch, doing things that could put her in trouble. And she was even listening to Fred. He would've been lying if he said he wasn't feeling so aggravated at the disobedient child.

He held her wrist again then she managed to bite him and yanked her wrist from his grip, placing her thumbs on the sides of her forehead and stuck her tongue out at him.

"Ally! Get here, now!" He shouted as a vein popped out of his neck. He quickly grasped her hand then yanked her up, carrying her in his arms.

*(TRIGGER WARNINGS!!!)*

Ally started to cry, hitting his chest with her fists and a few people were giving him suspicious looks like they were about to question him any second from now.

"I said to stop it!" He hollered at her face.

Ally didn't dare to listen to him as she continued to hit his chest with her fists and she started kicking him, kicking him really hard.

Ally slapped him on the face really hard and Fred couldn't believe that a young child's slap could hurt him that much. She also bit his chest, digging her teeth really deep into his chest.

"Ally! Ouch!" He yelled, letting go of her and she landed on her feet, running away.

"Yeah?" Dave was so curious to know where it was heading to. Different thoughts were already dancing in his head.

"Did you tell Fred? Didn't he take it lightly? Was he mad?" Freya asked without pause.

"No, haven't told him yet, never will." She stated. "Doctor Claire confirmed that I have less than eight months to live."

"What?!" They both exclaimed simultaneously.

"Yes, you heard me right." She laughed, making it sound like she was pranking them.

"You're kidding, right?" Dave asked.

"No, I'm not." She made sure to sound serious this time.

"Of course she is. There's no way my Jayda Black- Jayda Maklaw is dying in less than Eight months. You're not going to die." She was starting to cry.

"Nothing will happen, just have faith. I'll call my mother who is very religious and spiritual to pray for your health. Please, you can't die." He felt like he was going crazy at the thought of Jayda dying.

"Don't worry guys. Some things are just bound to happen." She grinned. "Just don't tell Fred or I'll-" she was cut off by the loud noise from downstairs.

She tried to listen to the sound of the noise as she moved closer. "Doctor!" Familiar voice. It was Fred. That familiar voice was Fred's. Why was he here? What was wrong? Did Doctor Claire tell him about her?
