"He what? Come on you have to tell me." You can hear the worry running through him by his voice, almost as if he already knows my answer.

"Rejected me!" I blurt out as my vision starts going in and out. Shock goes through their faces as I feel the bones in my face realigning. "I'm not going to make it." I whimper out and Dylan grabs my hand squeezing it in comfort. It seems to work as the pain starts to ease for a moment.

"Yes you will. You look like a strong girl Jaelyn. Your wolf may be hurting right now but you just need to tell her to be strong. You need to tell her to take over. Do you hear me? Tell her it's ok to take over now." Ethan whispers in my ear. 'Did you hear him?' I ask Cleo but she just whimpers.

"She's not listening!" I yell as the pain starts up again. My vision bluring. It won't be long until I pass out. I'm surprised I haven't already.

"Tell her again." He grasps my hand, giving it a gentle reassuring squeeze. 'Please Cleo. We can do this. Just take over. You're strong and we can get through this.' I say again to her, hoping to get through to her. All of a sudden I feel it happening. I feel cleo take over just before the rest of my bones start realigning and darkness finally consumes me.

Cades POV*

I woke up in a sweat that night. A slight burning sensation in my chest. Something wasn't right. I felt pain course through my body sudenly and i let out a loud growl, that most likely waking up the whole pack house. My beta was in my room within seconds, probably thinking there was an attack. I looked up at him, seeing that he had been crying. I probably looked like that too.

"Get the pack doctor!" I order him as I feel the pain becoming stronger. The burning in my chest becoming unbearable.

Jered was back with the pack doctor within minutes. "Whats going on Alpha?" He asks me tiredly, wiping the sleep from his eyes.

"I feel pain. Everywhere. My bones feel like they are breaking. It feels like an extremely unbearable shift but I'm not shifting." I answer, letting a tear out. I hated looking so weak in front of him.

"Do you have a mate?" He says questioningly, making me freeze. Jaelyn. I nod and he looks at me with worried eyes. "Who is she? We need to get you to her immediately or she could die!"

"She could die?" I yell making him flinch. The pain hasn't gone away just gotten worse. Especially now that you knew that somewhere, she was feeling the same pain. This isn't good.
