Sin POV:
When Cindy said what she said about Layla, I flipped. How dare she talk about her like that? I don't understand why I'm suddenly starting to give a damn. I've barely touched any girl in almost a week now. I don't find it enjoyable anymore. Even picturing Layla's fa e doesn't help anymore. It doesn't feel right. Goddess, what the hell is going on with me?
"I need to run." My wolf said and I complied, knowing it might clear my head.
After shifting and running through the woods for a short time, a very familiar and intoxicating smell filled my nose. Cherry and honey. It was so much more intensified now.
"Mate!" My wolf said and started to sprint toward the scent. There she was, Layla's wolf, bitch black with white tipped ears and paws.
My wolf took full control and trotted close to her. "What the hell are you doing?" I asked him but he ignored my question.
Layla's wolf must have smelled our scent, because she turned. Her ears perked up and she started to wag her tail.
My wolf tackled her playfully on the dirt and licked her face. They began to wrestle on the ground, now covered in mud.
My wolf snapped at hers playfully and took off her on his tail, snapping, trying to catch him. She's incredibly fast.
After a while, they stopped, panting from their run and just looked at each other.
My wolf hesitantly bumped his snout with hers and purred. They were in love...
The way he rubbed his face with hers, clearly showed that.
Layla's wolf started to whimper sadly, which meant Layla wanted to leave which made my wolf whine in return. Layla's wolf rubbed against mine one last time before sprinting in the other direction. "How could you just reject her like that? She's perfect." My wolf said, sadly.
I grabbed Sin's arm pulling us away from everyone else. "What do you want?" I asked, coldly. "I wanted to talk about last night." He replied. "Don't. I know it wasn't you, okay? You're wolf found mine and they couldn't help themselves. I know you don't care about me and you never will." I told him.
"Layla.." He said but stopped short before saying anything else. "It's fine, because like you said, I'm nothing, weak, worthless and a waste of your time." I said crossing my arms.
His eyes filled with pain. "That's not fair, Layla." He said. My eyes widened. I was fucking pissed.
"Not fair! How? Those were your words! You said them to my face! Do you have any idea what you've put me through!" I yelled. "Yes, but.."
"But nothing! You are a bastard! You've put me through so much by throwing these girls in my face and fucking them, knowing I can feel it when you do and yet you still do it! Hell I bet you do it just to hurt me don't you?!" I yelled as my eyes started to glow.
"Layla.." I didn't give him a chance to say anything more before I shoved him out of the way, leaving him there.
