Layla POV:

"Sin, where are we going?" I asked him as he drove. He placed his hand on my leg before answering. "We're almost there, baby. You'll see soon." He replied.

He parked in a parking space a few minutes later. "You can't be serious. Please tell me you didn't bring me to a brewery." I said.

Sin laughed loudly. "What? No. We walk from here." He replied and took my hand once we were out of the car.

Not long after we began our walk, we made it to the tree line of the forest. I was wondering more and more what he could have in store for me.

After a few minutes, we came to a clearing. I saw a waterfall, falling into a deep pond. It was beautiful.

I looked around for a moment, then saw a blanket and picnic basket. My heart swelled and I smiled widely.

"You like it?" Sin asked me. "I love it." I said softly before reaching up, kissing him. "Good." He whispered, with a smile on his face.

After eating, Sin began to strip his clothes. I began to laugh. "What the hell are you doing?" I asked him.

Sin smirked at me before jumping into the water.

When he came back up, he smiled brightly at me. I only shook my head, smiling back.

"Aren't you going to join me?" He asked.

I began to blush a deep red. I could feel it. Sin has never seen me naked and suddenly I felt self conscious.

Sin picked up on it and smiled at me. "Baby, you're beautiful. Don't hide from me, okay?"

I took a deep breath, stripped my clothes and jumped in the water.

After I came back up, Sin wrapped his arms around me and kissed me. "I love you." He said softly. "I love you, too."

Sin POV:

God, I loved this girl so damn much. I brought her here for a reason. I was so nervous and I wanted everything to be perfect. So far so good.

I moved slowly, so she wouldn't be so afraid. I trailed soft kisses down her neck and shoulder. Before I could get any further, I heard a snap.

I pulled away quickly and looked around. "Get your clothes on." I told her before getting out of the water.

"Why? What's wrong?" Layla asked me. "Now, Layla." I said as I got dressed.

I heard a snap again, and that's when I smelled it. A rouge.

I turned to Layla quickly. "Go get your father." I said in a panic. "Baby, what's going on?" She asked. "There's a rouge out here. Go now!" I yelled.

"I'm not leaving you!" She yelled back. "Damn it, Layla, get out of here!" I yelled again.

Before she even had time to shift, a wolf pounced on here. I tried to get to her, but I was thrown against a tree.

I was disoriented but I could still see Layla. Before I could reach her, the rouge sank it's teeth into her shoulder.
