"What did you do?"
"I kept annoying her."
"I don't think that'll work for me. She would've still ended up liking you anyway."
"It's worth a shot."
Unbelievable!
That traitor!
How could he!
"I said I'm sorry!" he said for the hundredth time.
"No, you're not. If you were, you wouldn't have done it again!"
"Hanna you don't understand!"
"Fine then tell me. You're the one that said you didn't like him yet still you're all buddy-buddy! That's the fourth time you ditched me for him! The Fourth!"
"Haven't you heard of know thy enemy? I still think there's something off about him and I'm gonna find out?"
"Why can't you just ask him?"
Sage sighed and patted my head. "Silly Hanna. If it's something I can blackmail him with then he won't tell me. I just need to earn his trust and then I'll get him"
"But isn't that kinda wrong?"
"Don't tell me you're backing out now, you're the one who told me to ward him off."
"But I didn't mean to pretend to be his friend and then kick him where it hurts!"
"Too late now."
I got up from his lap and was about to go to my seat when I heard a chorus of gasp and strangled shrieks rang through the air. I look towards everyone's attention to see the and only Angela Marks, and let me tell you, Hell has frozen over.
I felt the need to slap myself just make sure this wasn't a dream. I looked outside to see if pigs were actually flying due to this profound miracle.
Angela Marks, yes, the, actually has clothes on. I'm talking about head to toe no skin visible whatsoever clothes. I almost had a heart attack just looking at her behind me. She wore little to no makeup, (which honestly looks kind of nice) and hair was in strawberry blonde waves. Not the bleached blonde I saw on my first day.
I look to Sage beside me who was as clueless as to what happened to her.
"Is it really bad? Do you wanna go somewhere? I put a couple barf bags in here if you need one!" he rushed digging through her large purse but Nichole shook her head telling him no.
I swear, that guy's going win husband of the year one day.
"So how's the baby coming along?" Devin asked. We all pretty much found out about the pregnancy. It was a couple days ago when were we all at Adams house playing Just Dance. Scott was losing and asked Devin to hold her in place, so he hugged her. He felt the bump and ask her about it. Unfortunately, instead of getting an answer, Nichole threw up on him and that's when we knew.
Ahhh, fun times.
"It's been almost two months and it getting harder to hide it. I mean, I know, werewolf here, but between changing in the locker room and going shopping with Mom, I have to have an excuse as to why I can't take my clothes off. I have to change my entire wardrobe to hoodies. Do you know how degrading it is to wear those oversized things!"
"I can only imagine your pain." Jess, who herself was wearing a hood, said in a bored manner.
"Exactly!" Nichole sighed. "This is practically the worst part about being pregnant."
"Wait," Adam shook his head, obviously humored by what was just said. "You're not worried that you throw up practically everything you eat and will be destroying everything in sight in a few months, but you're worried about outfit choice?"
"I'm still shocked this turned into a conversation about Nichole's clothes," Devin interjected. "I just asked how the baby was doing."
"The baby is fine, thank you very much." She said and then turned to Adam, giving him a menacing glare. "I wasn't worried about those things until you brought it up." she frowned.
