Sam closed her eyes tightly, this had to stop. "What do you want?"
"Oh my dear Samantha, I thought I made that clear, I want you, I've always wanted you for a very long time now, ever since I laid eyes on you the first time, you seem to have that effect on men though, only I won't lie to you and keep secrets from you."
Sam tensed up but reacted quickly. "But you are, you won't tell me who you are, maybe I'd want you too if you told me." She about lost her supper at the words she said, they turned her stomach.
"All in good time my love, we have to be patient, which I don't know how much more patient I can be and I already know you won't want me, you haven't before, but I'll teach you, you're a fast learner ad easily trained, we'll have our moment." He disconnected the call.
Sam tossed her phone on the bed and slid down the door. All she wanted was her life back, she wanted her things, her job, why couldn't this just be done and over with? She jumped when she heard the knock on the door and the knob try to turn.
"Sam?" Blake called when he couldn't open the door.
"Go away." Her voice was so shaky and she realized she was even trembling.
"Sam come on open the door." He sounded desperate.
"No."
"Sam?"
"No."
Blake shook his head and sat in front of the door, he didn't know what to do to fix this. He sighed as he leaned his head back against it. Maybe she was better off without him, he couldn't even protect her from himself.
Sam fell asleep against the door, she was just so exhausted.
Aaron came home and he saw all the lights were on at the house. He parked and headed in, he went upstairs when he couldn't find anyone. He saw Blake against Sam's shut door. "Blake, what's going on?"
"I screwed up." He admitted putting his head in his hands.
"Blake?"
"I told her who I was, everything was going great up until that point."
"Is she in her room?"
"Yeah, I really screwed up, she locked me out and won't talk to me."
"Blake, give her some time, I'm sure she was in shock, that's a lot to take in."
"I guess so, I'm feeling, so, empty." Blake's voice broke.
"I told you guys not to do this, she's not going to stay is she?"
She tried to get up but was slammed down to the ground by a foot to her back. She gasped in pain. Her clothes were ripped from her roughly. She screamed loudly as the weight of a body pressed down on her.
She squirmed more and gasped in pain when something pushed into her hard.
Sam screamed loud as she flew to a sitting position. "Blake!" She shouted and rushed to her bedroom door. She couldn't get it open fast enough.
Blake woke when he heard the scream and his name. He stood up quickly and grabbed the knob, finally it unlocked and he pushed the door open, out came Sam.
"Blake, Blake, Blake, please." She gasped as she threw herself into his arms sobbing.
"Sammy, hey easy, I'm right here Baby, I'm right here."
"You let him take me," she sobbed out. "In the garage, you never came to help me."
"What on earth are you talking about? Of course I came to help, that's why you're here in my arms instead of missing, you're safe here in Boulder with me and Aaron."
Sam shook her head. "In my nightmare, this time you didn't show up because you were mad at me."
"Oh Baby, shhh, I'm here," he scooped her into his arms easily and headed into her room, he laid her down on the bed then cupped her face gently. "I'd never be that mad at you not to come help you, I care for you too much for that to ever happen, I swear to you." He leaned down and pressed his lips against hers gently. He covered her up with her blanket then crawled over her slowly. He laid down beside her and pulled her close to him keeping his hold on her tight. "I'd never push you away like that," he kissed her temple lovingly. "Just a terrible dream but I'm here now and you get some sleep, I'll be here when you wake up."
