"Baby breathe in and out slowly, it's going to be okay, just relax yourself, you're going to be fine, what happened?"

"T-the s-same s-s-sou-sound when w-we came here b-b-before."

"Honey listen to me, nothing's going to happen, are you closer to the entrance or your truck?" Blake squeezed the phone so tight he was surprised it wasn't breaking.

"I d-don't k-know, maybe the entrance."

"One foot in front of the other Baby you can do this and get out of there, I'll come get your truck out of there before you get off work, just go towards the entrance Baby, you've got this." Blake reassured her.

Sam took a deep breath and stood up slowly, her body completely trembling. "Blake, I'm so sorry."

"Baby focus, just worry about getting out of there, that's the issue right now."

"O-o-okay, I wish y-you w-were h-h-here."

"I know Baby just breathe, I'll stay on the phone until you get to the office then I'm driving up to be with you just focus on walking out."

Another loud crash echoed through the garage and Sam let out a whimper as she made a faster pace towards the exit.

"Sam you okay?"

"Y-y-y-yeah, I'm, a-a-almost o-o-out."

"What was that noise?"

"I don't know, I-I just want to get out of here."

"I know Baby I'm sorry, how close are you now?"

Sam looked up, she was only a few feet away. "Only a few feet Blake, I feel so sick again." She let slip out.

"Sick again, what do you mean?" he asked sounding so confused.

"I felt sick early this morning." She admitted as she got closer to the outside.

"Then why are you going to work Babe?"

"Trying to keep my mind off of you, I'm outside now Blake." Relief flooded through her as the dim light came into view.

"I'm sorry I didn't try harder, just get to the office."

"Okay." Sam said weakly and started down the sidewalk to the building. The nausea feeling washed over her fast. "Blake." She gasped out having to lean over and got sick.

Blake began to panic. "Sammy?" he looked at Aaron in fear.

"I'm okay I think." She muttered.

"Okay if you're sure, just get to the office I will be there soon I promise." He hoped he could stay calm enough for Sam, she needed him right now but he was so far away and it was killing him.

"Okay Blake," she wiped her mouth slowly and started for the building and walked in quickly then headed towards the elevator pushing her floor's button. She took a deep breath as the elevator began to rise up. Tears were falling down her cheeks relentlessly. "Thank you for being there for me." She sobbed out.

He gave a curt nod and flew to the truck then began the long trip. He had to get to his girl as fast as possible but even then it wouldn't be fast enough. He wanted her safe and snuggled in his arms.

Sam glanced at the clock, it would feel like forever before Blake would get there. She let out a sigh as she hung her head in her hands and tears began to form again.

Why did all of this have to happen to her? She felt the sobs rack through her body as she cried more. She was so tired of crying.

Sara heard sobbing coming from down the hall a few doors away from her own. She frowned as she walked closer to Samantha's office. She poked her head in and saw her employee sitting at the desk her head in her hands.

Sara sighed and knocked on the frame as she went to walk in. "Samantha?"

Sam's head snapped up and met her boss's soft doe brown eyes. She quickly wiped the tears away. "Hi Sara."

"Honey what are you doing here?" she sat down across from Sam, sympathy written all over her face.

"Working." Sam pulled her gray eyes from Sara's brown ones and stared at her hands twisting in her lap.

"Samantha come on, what are you really doing here? Where's your handsome cowboy?"

"He's not mine, I couldn't do it anymore with knowing what was going to happen, I walked away." Sam admitted but now knew it was a huge mistake.

"And what exactly was going to happen?" Sara asked confused.

"He wanted to come here with me but I didn't want him to become miserable, I left yesterday morning."

"Samantha you have to know you're making a mistake," Sara paused for a minute and picked up Sam's desk phone calling Cecilia. "Cecilia cancel all my appointments today and hold all my calls until further notice, I have to take care of a huge issue right now." She hung up the phone and stared at Sam folding her arms tightly over her chest.
