"That son of a traitor!" Alpha Jason muttered through gritted teeth. Jerry froze too, his smiley countenance easily replaced with faint anger.

For Goodness sake, why were they all scared of a Rogue.

"I should have killed him when I had the chance to!" Alpha Jason spat out with fistful hands. His eyes glowering as his chest towered up and down.

"What do we do?" Beta Chris asked.

"Kill that bastard of course!" The Alpha ascertained. "Gather my finest army, destroy his minions without mercy. And above all, I need his head before tomorrow's sun sets."

"Who is this Kevin?" I asked quietly beside Jerry.

"Remember the Pack Member I told you was exiled recently?" He answered in an emotionless tone.

My jaw dropped. I finally understood why Aubrey was excited, Kevin is the anonymous mate. My Rogue mate!

Realization soon struck, Alpha Jason had ordered the death of my mate I haven't even met.

"Alpha Jason!" I called while I approached his fiery status. "Why don't we take another approach?" I proposed but the Alpha frowned instantly.

"What approach? Didn't you hear my Pack is going to be attacked."

"I'm just saying, we should first capture him before taking any drastic decisions." I proposed again. This time my voice lacked so much conviction.

"Why?!" He almost yelled. My mouth opened but no comprehensive words could roll out. At the same time, I felt all eyes on me. It made my tension even worse. How was I going to explain to Alpha Jason that this Kevin could somehow be my mate?!

Isn't it a shame that I, the daughter of a Lycan. My mate is a Rogue.

"I'm sorry Claire but there's no other way. Kevin Manchester is no ordinary wolf, the last time he challenged me it only took grace for me to beat him. He his a threat that must be eliminated!" He declared. "What are you still waiting for Chris?!"

"As you wish! Alpha." The Beta answered courteously before exiting. My heart started to race. I needed to think of something to stop the execution of my probability mate!

"But--" I tried to say to which the Alpha cut me off.

"Look Claire, This is my Pack and I don't care if you're the Lycan's daughter. Your job is to teach here at Greenville High not intervene with my business!" He stated furiously to my face.

"Walker. What happened?" My mother asked on a more concerned note.

"Kevin, Serene, you both need to leave this house immediately!" He blared, still tapping his chest as he gasped for breaths.

I frowned.

"Did something bad happen?" My mother queried while she inched closer to him.

"Yes! Alpha Jason is currently scampering about for you Kevin." Uncle Walker said. "How could you start a Pack of Rogues huh? As I speak to you now, majority of them are dead!"

My heart skipped a beat, my eyes exclaimed as floods of anger coursed through my veins. At the same time, I puzzled within myself. How did Alpha Jason find out? Or perhaps he had a spy that had been watching me all along. I didn't want to believe Uncle Walker, the Pack Members I celebrated with last night, it wasn't possible!

Yet my anger wouldn't let me think straight. My chest towered and my eyes glowered.

I began to march towards the door and instantly Uncle Walker stopped me.
