"So you find me cute?" I teased softly, biting my lower lips. He brought his head closer to mine.

"Extremely beautiful, my little one." He whispered and I blushed again as his warm breaths softly caressed my cheeks. I teased his beards playfully again while my other hand tucked his hair messy strands behind his ear.

"Your little one wants you to do something for me."

"Anything apart from cooking." He chattered causing me to laugh.

"Your beards and this long strands of hair you carry hides your true handsomeness. It makes you look hot but not enough to my likening." I whispered while the corner of his lips formed a cocky smile.

"So you agree I'm hot?" He replied.

"No!" I lied. He inched closer again so only needle space existed between us.

"You know, for a Luna like you, you're a terrible liar." He teased while I pouted.

"My beards I can shave but my hair, not quite sure about that. I love the way breeze tosses it around."

"Come on Kev, or I won't," I pursed thinking about the right leverage to use against him.

"You won't what?" He teased further.

"I won't speak with you for the whole day." I declared and he laughed.

"You know that's impossible, my little one." He affirmed and my heart had to agree but I didn't want to show it.

"But I'll do it only because you asked and I can't resist your face." I chuckled.

"I'll have to use this pretty face of mine as a weapon from now on."

His eyes exclaimed in awe.

"Oh no, you shouldn't." I giggled.

"You should go now, I have to cook." I said, he hesitated for a while before making his move. Engaging his lips against smile. The sweet taste I've secretly been yearning for after our first kiss. The sparks even exploded on a higher note. An exciting mix of love and joy intertwined. I wondered if this sparks were going to keep growing day by day as we bonded.

Either ways, it was brief but one I wouldn't forget.

"Now I can leave." He whispered with a smile of admiration before exiting the Kitchen. I smiled like a child seeing fireworks for the first time as I touched my lips, blushing while I recalled our moment. It's only been yesterday but I was already getting so drunk in love. Our mate bond was no doubt a strong one.

"Getting better." I mumbled even though I still felt weakness and faint pain across my body. I didn't want to make him worried than he already was.

"Your Luna is bored." I said to ease the brewing tension.

"Well, looks you have wine," his eyes trailed to the stool where my glass cup was rooted. "And a book." He added. "Perhaps we can watch a movie?"

"No!" I whined. "I want you to entertain me." He frowned.

"Sorry but you've got the wrong guy." He then laughed.

"So you're going to add to my pain rather than ease them?" My disappointments blared in my tone.

"I wish I could do otherwise, my little one." He sighed, stroking his hand over my fingers.

"Come on, don't you have anything fun in mind?" I whined but he wriggled his head in denial.

"My life was nothing but boredom till I met you so yeah, I don't have anything FUN in mind." He responded with a little sad expression that only lived for a second. I noticed the sincerity and seriousness in his tone and perhaps this was one of those times to have a serious talk.

"What was your life like before you met me?" My voice trailed a whispery path as I held his gaze. In them, I could see hesitation before his eyes darted to our hands which bonded.
