"Kev?" Claire whispered in a fear stricken tone but I cared less.

"Who are you?"

"Who am I?!" I blurted in disgust with a ferocious frown complementing my face.

"I am that boy, who you killed his Father!" I barked while I took stealthy steps towards him. "I am that young boy who transformed into a wolf the moment he watched his Father die from your blades!"

"Stay back!" His right hand man ordered but instead, my eyes morphed into a threatening sparkling red. Claws extended from my fingers.

"Guards!" His left hand man roared, he had sheer resemblance with the Lycan. Enough to inform me this was Blake. The doors flew open and immediately, Guards encircled about me, flashing their golden yellow. But I cared less, I wasn't even bothered about the shock expressed on Claire's face. My full focus was on the Lycan himself. Who stood rigidly calm, his eyes mirroring the redness of my eyes. He remembered but that wasn't the only thing, he kept on holding my gaze as if he were puzzled by the fact I was the new special wolf in town.

"Kev!" She whispered again, clinging unto her Father's arm with tears soaking her eyes. Rather than melt, my rage only dosed. I planned to march towards them but the guards held me back. And on that note, without further thinking, I turned down my morality. The first werewolf to hold me back had his head welcomed with one powerful blow causing him to this to the ground. The others briskly pounced on me but I struggled free from their hold, ripping their skins my eyes could land on.

Blood spluttered across my face but it only made Lupus and I thirst for more. As more guards began to trot into the building, in efforts to protect their Lycan, they fell by my hands. I was limitless, I was invisible and for the first time, I appreciated this gift of mine so much. Scores whimpered and groaned on the grounds, in their own pool of blood. Unfortunately it didn't satisfy my rage, the Lycan was still breathing. His death was my only solution.

And when no one came in further, I finally turned to the Lycan and his family, who all remained grounded like statues. Petrified by the gory mess I made. I stood proud with my clothes tattered and imprinted with stains of fresh blood. My hair had already fallen into a mess, drooling droplets of blood across my face.

I marched slowly towards them while Claire disentangled from her father, trailing towards me in the same mannerism.

"Kevin, please stop." She pleaded in the most softest voice as tears streamed across her cheeks. But those words weren't enough. We finally stood in front of each other but I didn't dare look at her face even when she was holding mine. My gaze was solely on the Lycan while the remaining two men took protective stance beside him.

Blake came next who reeked of nothing but pathetic weakness. I briskly held him by his neck, raised him above the ground before smashing his back to the ground. The building quaked and the grounds shattered while he coughed out blood. Unable to move his body. I stood face to face with my Father's murderer and as I made to grab his collar, Claire embraced me from behind. Tight but gentle. Her warm tears gracing my back.

"Please Kev." She begged while exciting sparks toured across my body. "Don't do it."

I struggled but she persisted. If I wanted, I could have thrown her off but I wouldn't dare do that to my mate. No matter how angry I was, I would never hit her.

"Alpha Mason was a great man." The Lycan finally said, his countenance carried great worry and a sad smile.

"Shut up!" I growled.
