"Of course. And since I nabbed both my target and someone we were searching for, for a long time, boss gave me a little extra. The extra only paid for the surround sound in the car though haha. Go figure." Kelly started driving at a normal speed but then quickly picked up. Before I realized it, she was driving at 120 mph, cutting in and out of cars. It didn't matter if she got a ticket because we don't have to pay them. Thanks to the job we do.

"You went all out."

"Of course. Go flashy or go tf home." She said. I just nodded and laughed a little. I was a little nervous about the job that the boss set up for me.

"Boss just wants me to drop you off at headquarters. He said you need to pick up your stuff. Your car is already in the parking lot. The job should be done by tonight for you to be paid for it, remember that. The rest of the info is in the envelope in the glove compartment."

KEVIN'S POV

I reached up and opened the glove compartment and pulled out the brown envelope. I opened it and read the information out loud.

"Sinclair Colombo. She's 5'8. 130 lbs. 3 years old. She sure doesn't look like it. She's an Italian model from a very wealthy family. Then why the hell is she living in some run down apartment building?" I asked Kelly.

"That's the same question I asked. Boss said she's living with some boyfriend of hers after her parents kicked her out for being a skank and ruining her once chance at making their wallets bigger. I don't know rich people problems."

I laughed at Kelly's remark and thought about how I was going to finish this job. But then Kelly distracted me when a shiny reflection caught my eye.

"Hell Kelly what the hell are you wearing that's so bright?"

"Sorry Kev. My bracelet has real diamonds and they like to shine."

I let out a sigh of relief; she almost gave me a heart attack. I thought it was something else....

"I thought it was something....you know else..."

"like what Kevin?"

"You know what I'm talking about."

"Like a ring?"

"Yeah."

"Yes sir." I replied before hanging the phone up. By the time I was ready to start the conversation with Kelly back up; we had already pulled up in front of headquarters. On the outside, the building looked like a run down old building in the middle of no where, but only select people knew that it was the headquarters for American spies. I opened the door and walked into the building. Michelle the secretary was sitting in the front at the information desk and hit the button for me to use the elevator. A few seconds later, I got off the elevator and headed towards the supply room.

I grabbed a ERMA SR100 sniper riffle, one of my very old sniper riffles. I also grabbed a few grenades and smoke bombs. Sinclair was titled a very low threat so I didn't pack everything that I might need. I honestly didn't want to over pack since I didn't really have many places to hide this stuff after.

"I upgraded your car." A soft voice said from behind me. I zipped my black duffel bag up and threw it over my shoulders before turning back around to look at Kelly.

"you didn't have to do that Kelly."

"Believe me I did. Your car was old and raggedy. This one fits you." She said giving me the big puppy dog eyes look. I wasn't going to fight her over this so I walked over to her in long strides, pulled her close to me and kissed the hell out of her. She's been my rock since I met her in Boot Camp, only a few years ago. She was scared as hell when her parents dropped her off and never came back. We both became each other's only family after ours was gone forever.

I love Kelly, I'm just not ready to drag her into my messed up life yet. First I need to end someone else's life.

Sinclair here I come.

I left Kelly inside still wheeling from our passionate kiss. I didn't want to get to distracted from my job with my personal life so I pushed all thoughts out my head. I went to the parking lot outside the building and saw the shiny black Lamborghini veneno. (Picture on side.) I should have known Kelly would go all out with my car as well. The car reminded me of a batman car and laughed to myself because Kelly always saw our job as the secret superheroes. I guess I was batman to her.
