I couldn't keep going on like this.

I calmed myself down and stretched my hands above my head. A heavy sigh came from my lips as I stood up and looked down at Axil's figure.

I nodded, "Alright."

He tilted his head upwards to stare at me curiously.

A smile stretched across my lips as I tentatively lifted my shirt and pulled it up over my head. It fell on the ground quietly but for some reason it looked like it carried so much weight that you could actually hear as it landed.

Axil's eyes darkened.

"What are you doing?" His husky voice sounded out as I reached down to undo the button on my jeans. My heart pounded out of my control as I decided to go through with this.

I inhaled sharply and nervously muttered, "I'm letting go."

He titled his head curiously, his light brown eyes drilling into my face as if he was trying to figure out my thoughts, "letting go?"

I nodded, "yes. I'm living the life that I didn't get to live due to my fear. I'm not running anymore so don't make me feel stupid and strip." My face heated up.

A laugh bubbled out of his lips as his amused eyes stared at my anxious face, "does living your life mean you're going to give yourself to me?"

I glared at him in embarrassment and argued furiously, "I'm being serious, Axil! I feel like if I don't go through this now, I'll just run away later once I begin to overthink things... Don't give me time to run. Make. Me. Stay."

I pulled down my jeans and stepped out of them, tossing them aside. Then I slid the strap of my bra down my shoulders carefully, inhaling deeply before slipping my arms out and unclasping the bra.

Jesus Christ, if that thing goes into me, won't I tear? Won't I hurt? I couldn't help the endless thoughts that entered my mind as he appeared in front of me with lustful eyes.

My body trembled slightly as his arms came wrapping around my waist from under water. I was pulled into his naked frame as his head came forward to bury itself into my neck. Goosebumps scattered across my body as his breath fanned my skin, my heart beating faster than it ever had before.

A silent gasp escaped my lips as I felt his lips press against my neck. He groaned, "fuck, I want to mark you."

I pulled away slightly to peer up into his face, only to find his eyes glowing a bright amber as they swirled with a predatory glint. I raised a hand and cupped his cheek, pulling him forward to press my lips firmly against his.

Our tongues entwined together as we fought for dominance and his arms around my waist moved to cup my ass as I wrapped my legs around his waist. The water remained unruffled as we stood there, basking in the light of the sun that was beginning to peek out of the clouds.

Water glided off our bodies as we embraced each other and passionately kissed. I gained a bit of courage and reached my hand down between us out of sheer curiosity and grabbed a hold of his length. He groaned as he broke away from the kiss, his breathing heavy as he placed his forehead on mine.
