"wait! Babies!?" Alysia yelled with obvious excitement in her voice.

"That doesn't matter right now. Where is she?" Kevin said, with tears brewing in his eyes as well.

"in that room." I pointed to the room I just left. "But they're not letting anyone..."

"Mr. Stark." Dr. Holland said as he came busting out of the room and interrupting me mid sentence.

"Yes." I shouted as I jumped up.

"Ok well we stopped the bleeding. She's in critical condition and her brain put her into an coma so that it could heal itself. Because it's not induced by us, we don't know how long it will last or how she'll be when she wakes up. Right now she's back in her room being watched closely by the nurses. Only family can see her right now. Are you all family?" He asked looking around at all of us.

"Yes!" We replied in unison.

"Ok then. Well only one at a time may go in. Until then, ill keep you posted Mr. Stark." We shook hands and he left us. I didn't feel worthy enough to see Arianna right now because I felt like I failed her. She shouldn't be on that hospital bed right now, it should have been me.

"Who goes in first?" Alysia asked.

"Me. I think I need to see her first since I'm the biggest cry baby." Marco said. We all started walking down the hall to her room and I stayed as far back as I could. Marco went in the room first and we all just stood there.

"You know as much as I want to blame this on you. I can't and I won't. Only because I can see how badly you feel right now." Kevin said, squeezing my shoulder. I looked up at him and he nodded giving me his 'You're ok with me...right now' face.

I nodded back and left, giving an excuse about going to see the babies. I walked down to the maternity ward and saw two nurses each holding a baby. They didn't have names on their carts but I could already tell they were Arianna and mine. I knocked on the window and the nurse smiled and let me in. she was holding my son and he hadn't opened his eyes yet. But as soon as he was in my arms, he opened his eyes instinctively and looked at me. He had Arianna's eyes and I could already tell he was going to be her pride and joy.

Right then and there, it hit me and I knew what I wanted to name him.

ARIANNA'S POV

I woke up feeling the sun on my face as I laid in what felt like grass. I opened my eyes, completely confused as to how I even got here. "Where the hell am I?" was all I could think. It looked as though I was in a garden or meadow. The trees were tall and a healthy green. The grass was soft and healthy looking as well. There was a bench a few feet away from me and a pond a few feet away from that. I could hear the birds chirping in the trees but I didn't see any other animals besides that.

"In this dream, I'm as real as you want me to be."

"Dream? This is just a dream? Great wake me up so I can go back to my babies and Nicolas." I said standing up; ready to do whatever it took to get me the hell out of here.

"It's not that simple my dear. You're not going to wake up until you come to terms with your past. My death. Your grandmother's death. Everything."

"I don't need to come to terms with it. You died. I'm coping still."

"That's just it Arianna. You're not completely over it. You need to let me go."

"I did let you go."

"No sweetie. You haven't." She said, walking over to me and placing her hands on my cheeks.
